C. Doyle Mayhugh, 88, died at 2:50 a.m. Sept. 4, 2008, at his residence following an extended illness.
Services will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. The Rev. Bruce Head and Pastor Jimmy Sweigart will officiate.
Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
