Marvin L. Thomas Jr., 19, of 117 Pierre Place, found guilty of possession of marijuana and aggravated assault. Sentence: two years prison, $2,500 fine, pay $22,998 restitution.
Arraignment/Aug. 26
Daniel E. Mays Jr., 29, of 954 W. Wayne St., pleaded not guilty to trafficking in cocaine, two counts of trafficking crack cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine. Bond: $5,000.
Dispositions/Aug. 25
Christopher Clary, 19, of 760 W. O'Connor Ave., found guilty of possession of marijuana. Sentence: three years probation, 20 days jail.
Jaimay M. Boroff, 20, of 974 Richie Ave., found guilty of receiving stolen property. Sentence: three years probation, 10 days jail, pay $4,941 restitution.
Daryl Walker, 32, in prison, found guilty of attempted possession of a deadly weapon while under detention. Sentence: two years prison, consecutive to current sentence.
